But it's an outstanding piece of design that works extremely well for it's intended purpose. The fold is very, very clever.

I have an irrational dislike of folding bikes, but hey a bike is better than a car or worse a scooter!

No, not off road yet.

Got it 'cos it's:

a) british
b) folds small enough not to be a nuisance on the trains

Aren't they great?

I've a 2-speed S-type in racing green. Ace thing. 🙂

And they are mildly off-roadable. I remember seeing pics of them in the RSF Journal.

Heras was also severely outgunned with gears as he was riding a 2 speed; I claim to be fastest unfolder in the world as I was first out!

Good one cheesy...

... though mine is considerably more bling than yawause.....

Mine is a bit flat now as a someone parked their Land Rover on it (after making sure I'd got out of the way first though by punting me over the bonnet)

I think they're a great idea if you've a need for one.

I do think you'll look like a pillock riding it though, no matter how many times I'm told "It's a design classic!".

A mate said "thats not a bike" when we saw one last week...

Personally I think its great for getting on the train and cycling to work.

Not cheap either.
