I am considering getting one of the below. They are pretty much the same money, but I'm not particularly knowledgeable on which parts are better than others. Is there anything that jumps out that would mean one would be better than another?

One is a 27.5 wheel and the other is a 29 wheel. I'd decide what wheel size you want as it's the key difference. That aside the 27.5 is the slightly better spec inc:
- Fork
- Groupset
- Bar & Stem
- Seatpost (I think)
I'd rather the Maxxis tyres on the 29er but that's more a personal thing.
At full RRP the 27.5 is more £ than the 29er hence the better spec (though is cheaper now as on sale)
I obviously copied the wrong link, as both the bikes I was looking at was the 29er. Thank you for your advice
Looks like the other 29er is the same spec as the 27.5 so same comments apply aside from the wheel size.
The sale one is last year's model so the XT is the 11 speed version (plus uses an e13 crank and cassette) if that matters to you. The fork will have better internals but the chassis is the same.
Not sure if there was any changes to the frame between 2019 and 2020 - best to check the geometry charts to see.
