Don't normally do these type of threads, but I'm actually quite proud of my new bike, the first I've ever built up from a bare frame.
Had a week off work with nothing to do, and after a tidy out in the garage, I realised with the purchase of a frame I could build myself a nice winter bike. So an order was placed, after a long time trying to decide on the colour, and then some confusion as to whether or not they had stock, but this was delivered on Tuesday morning;

After many happy hours in the freezing cold, many cups of tea, lots of skinned knuckles and swearing it now looks like this;

My poor old rush is now sat looking very forlorne after being stripped of all its parts (something I promised myself I wouldn't do), but the pink monsters maiden ride is tomorrow and I'm really looking forward to it.
Can't get used to those lefty forks. Love that frame colour though. I already have a pink ipod to match 😆
Nearly went for the glow in dark option, but decided the novelty would wear off quite quickly and it would look rubbish in daylight.
The lefties are the only fork that don't flex horribly with my weight on them

Thanks for the comments, its not meant to be a looker, but its a bit more interesting than my last three 'black' bikes.
Will be out on Haldon Hill for its first test later.
