Just had an email from Atherton with a photo of this bad boy
I'm picking it up next week and immediately heading to Dyfi. So if any forumites are out there next Thursday and see a middle aged guy with a white Fox helmet on a brand new s170, say 'hi'. Proper new bike post will come next week, probably from hospital after I've destroyed myself at Dyfi.
And there I was expecting a nearly new bike!

Love the way the downtube BB junction can be hidden by a careful placed crank arm.😉Joking aside I bumped into a guy on an S150 a couple of weeks ago and it looked like a well built, fit for purpose bike.
If I didn't have a Geometron I'd be considering an S170.
