Thaar she blows! Popped my ebike cherry. Shes a bit chunky, a bit noisy, the brakes are shite and the gears wont last 5 minutes unless I adapt to ebike shifting quickly. Also reckon it wont make .y commute quicker as once the assistance cuts out the motors pretty draggy. But ZOMFG! Cheating at hills is freaking amazeballs!!!

I can certainly see why all you ebikeists are fat lads. Might take her over hardknott while earing a bag of chips. Screw you gravity!

I think you might have undermined the claims that you get fitter with an ebike.
Well, I know you're all DESPERATE to find out how the inaugural commute went, so......

Dead on an hour for fifteen hilly miles, loads of battery left after the return leg too. Spent the majority of the time in assistance level 2 of 5 and floated up all the climbs, bit of a pig on the downs and flats but it gives me the option of giving it beans when feeling fresh or wafting along when tired. All in all just the job. Needs a longer stem on it and bars rotating but otherwise very pleased from out of the box. Happy days.
