Route - Staveley, Green Quarter Fell, Sadgill, Gatescarth, Nan Bield, Kentmere, Kentmere Hall, Ulthwaite Bridge - lowey recknons that to be 19 miles. Ending might change if we have any legs left - but I think I left mine in Dalby today ๐Ÿ˜•

Pace - sociable

You coming โ“

See you there. I'll have a red carnation in my lapel.

The pace will be relaxed as the guys say above, and I should imagine distinctly sedate from Hawswater to Nan Bield ๐Ÿ˜†

Did the route on the map (above somewhere), but from Kendal, via Longsleddlesdale(sp) a few years ago, with 500ml, bottle and 1 banana, by meself, boy was I ****ed! then back to Kendal, quote my brother, "you've been where?!" ๐Ÿ™‚
