Name that trail? Was a good ride despite being crippled, 13 miles of agony.. still had a smile at the end though 🙂
Luckily I think my physio has finally found out my problem, seized up T7 and most of the other bones round there are solid and not moving, hopefully more physio will get it all moving without surgery.

Aye it is the click trail, met a few riders on our way, sadly the horses were more friendly 🙁
