= the point when you go to the man cave you realise you could easily build a decent complete biked down the the cables and cable nipples just from the parts you have collected over time..

That's how I furtively approached getting a second bike for the first time... "Well I've got all these parts, I might as well..." and then "Well, if I just change the frame..."

That said the frames are so old they are not really worth selling.
Is it not the same with other bits

unbranded low rise bars not OS anyone ?

...which I did this year. Bought a frame (from wawaswas) and built a singlespeed. ๐Ÿ™‚

That's why they have introduced 650 b. to introduce obsolesence into your spares pile of tyres, tubes, spokes, frames etc
