Just though you might like to see some pics of my new nomad. I was lucky enough to get knocked off (and survive) and the drivers insurance paid out for my damaged bike meaning I could put the money towards this. It has light bicycle carbon rims, raceface six-c carbon bars and cranks. Almost every hope purple bit I could get (seat clamp on order). 150mm reverb stealth. It weighs 27lb / 12.23kg and absolutely flies downhill and is very good uphill too. It’s my first 650b bike and in that respect I'm totally disappointed. At no point have I noticed any benefit of the slightly larger wheels it just feels like a really good bike. The only downside so far is pedal strikes. I thought I was used to them coming from my giant trance but this strikes a lot more and a lot harder. I think I may need a bit more pressure in the shock but I'm sure I’ll adjust my riding accordingly. Now all I can look at on that Chameleon is the clutch mech lever.

Pretty sure I saw you in the shop today mate- I've got a blue one. Like the black and purple though. Love the chameleon too!
