cable guides on top of top tube are a no no for me, don't want to see them when looking down at the bike. 😥

I think i can still do that with the cable under the top tube 😆 Seriously how often do you carry your bike on your shoulder?

rs, I originally planned to have the guides on the under-side, but then changed my mind, as like ton says, I will be able to shoulder my bike.

IF is the middle word in "mid-life-crisis" - and the last one.

I want.

No, most of my time has been spent riding the pentlands and 7 stanes, only ever shouldered my bike to lift it over a fence in the pentlands, currently live in vancouver and not had a need to do it here either. Its ok, its your bike, just my personal tatse, thats all, have fun on it. 😀

Oh very nice indeed! Have you any idea what kit you're going to put on it or is the crisis something you're planning on spinnning out for a while...?! 🙂

Great observation about where "IF" fits in 'mid life crisis', BTW - noteeth!

Laughing ton!
My daughter was quite upset when I only wanted bike bits for Chrimbo.
She said it was like having 2 Dads!
So I asked for a new hair-dryer too, just to keep her happy!

How I'll miss her and my little laddie...just off to check the ebay auction! 😉

That is a thing of beauty, but as above, I personally would have gone for cable guides under rather than over, I hate carrying bikes

My mid-life-crisis just cost me £7000.
1 x Kia Sportage (for Mrs B)
1 x Ford Cougar V6 24v (well I am 40 on Thursday)
1 x 07 Yeti 575 + build up parts

I will have a Harley when I'm 50, if I live that long.

That is absolutely lovely.

I'm 34, when's my midlife crisis?

(Note - I'm from Glasgow, probably have to knock a few years off if you're doing it arithmetically)

very very nice, good job it's custom as surely they'd never sell that colour commercially? and i don't like the nad catching cable guides, but then that's not really an issue is it?, bet you can't wait to go ride it!
