Jeff - I'd just watched the video from fat-bike.com as part of your BAM series.
I think you were flinkin' lucky to have the place to yourself. Having walked past it in early Oct 2016, mid evening, to find 2 people inside and 2 more camping outside, I carried on and camped on the other side of the lake. Evidently it can be quite popular, and it certainly ain't a big place. Nice video though, good work.
Cheers guys, yep I was lucky to have it to myself but it was midweek so I didn't have to initiate plan B!! Thanks for the positive feedback too and everyone loves a dangler 😉
Riding to a bothy is on my to-do list this winter never done it before but there is a certain draw to being away from screens and closer to lighting fires and eating wholesome simple meals
