well ive just got back from doing my first welsh centre and i have to say i really enjoyed it ๐Ÿ˜€

me and a mate decided to go down to Glyncorrwg and do a couple of the trails there.

camped on the camp site next door to the drop off camp and i felt really under biked on my inbred compared to all the full sussers there.

the cafe is really nice and the food looked good too.

anyway we decided to have a pop at whites level first , boy that first climb is a right ****!! i was holding everyone up and getting passed by everyone.

once you get to the top of it though i couldn't wait to get going over the next sections , they were absolutely brilliant, if a little rocky in places!

by the time id finished whites level i was knacked though so we stopped back at the tent for a spot of lunch .

next up we had a crack at w2 which is the same climb as whites to start with (though i was going to have a bloody heart attack!) ๐Ÿ˜€

The rest of the trail was brilliant , i liked the graveyard section and by the time id done the zig zag section down on to the fire road my hands were killing from just holding on!!

so after 7.5 hours in the saddle yesterday and find the limits of my bike on some sections ive decided to get myself a full suss frame and get to wales a bit more often .

hello to anyone who was at Glyncorrwg yesterday and thanks to the chap who stopped to check i was ok after i fell down the bank on my second go on the climb !!

my arse is killing now ๐Ÿ˜ฏ ๐Ÿ˜€

You didn't try the Skyline then?
Glad you enjoyed it, that graveyard section is mental at speed on a full sus - nearly get myself in trouble every time I ride it!

I just did W2 yesterday, you were brave doing Whites and W2 on the same day. I started at the other vistors centre, by the time I did the Fraveyard I was both physically and mentally knackered.

Loads of people out yesterday, I usually go mid week but it was very sociable, spoke to loads of people.
