I got my first pinch flat last weekend. I usually run my tyres at about 40 psi, but in these dusty dry conditions of late I've been struggling for grip. (Sideways antics are fun, but riders behind not impressed with a facefull of dust!)
So I've been reducing pressures and enjoying some good grip - I guess I went a bit too low!
But as well as pinch flatting the tube, I did this:

Does it matter? It's only a wee ding. Should I do anything with it?
I wouldn't be too bothered about that ding as long as the wheel is generally still round and there aren't any loose spokes or anything. You could always lever it out using an adjustable spanner, but you might end up weakening it further or breaking it.
How low did you go?
I would be inclined to not touch the ding.
Got down to about 25 I think. Everytime I let a bit of air out the twisty dusty bits got more grippy fun (not so great for the rocks tho )
It is a small ding - when I noticed it putting the tyre back it looked massive, but I think I was more horrified at the first injury to my 717's! When I got back home I struggled to find it on the rim.
Guess 25 is pretty low, been dabbling with lower pressure but not gone that mad yet!!
that ding will be fine, like philjunior said it could weaken the rim
25 psi? that's high pressure 😉
Then again I do tend to get a lot of dings... 🙄 after a while you learn to avoid clattering pointy rocks and look for landings a bit more carefully.
Like philjunior said, if you want you can use a big adjustable spanner locked on the rim to (gently) lever it straight. I wouldn't worry too much about weakening it, I've taken plenty out of my 717's.
