Hi STW,

Here is my current bike, a C456.

[img] [/img]

Current spec is...

18 inch frame
2011 Rock Shox Sector RL
Superstar 720 bars
Superstar seat post (will be upgrading to a dropper post soon)
XT front Mech & Deore shifter
Sram X0 rear & X5 shifter (X0 on order)
Sram 990 cassette & 991 chain
SBG seat
SLX crank
Dmr V8 & Nuke Proof pedals
Hope parts as follows..
V2 brakes with 183mm & 203 rotors
Pro 2 Evo rear hub
Seat clamp
Stem 50mm x 25 degree rise
Headset
Spacers
Head Doctor
Stainless bottom bracket
38 tooth chain ring (need to get a 36 really)
Bash guard

Various tyres including Maxxis Advantage, Highroller 1 @ 2, Swalbe City Jet for road use.

Only had the frame for 6 weeks, impressed with it to be honest. Rode Llandegla, Coed Y brenin (the beast), Penmachno (both loops), Marin, Lee Quarry (hence the number on the front)

Completed the Liverpool-Chester-Liverpool 90 mile challange ride on Sunday albeit with a 44tooth ring.

C&C welcome*

*await the replys about weeds etc...

I agree, needed new forks on the old bike. Only cost £250 (chain reaction discount)

Would like these soon...

Good tyre / valve alignment although the rear isn't quite matched with the front.

How does the stiffness make the ride? Interested in one but got rid of my old Al HT due to it being bone jarringly stiff??

Interested as not seen one in a more AM config yet.
Does it have ICSG?

What dropper post? is it 30.9??

Nice, you know one of the green C456's would match my green SC Blur perfectly 😉

I'm not one for gold parts, but I think gold spidered floaters would work here.

Looks like a fun bike 🙂
