I've seen a couple of riders recently with Musguards and like the look of it.

The main benefits are that it fits under the seatstay bridge (leaving tons of space for a saddle bag), and is easily removable (for dry days).
Before I hit buy, is there anything similar in those benefits? I rarely ride when it's genuinely wet, so full mudguards (although they're the best) would be overkill.

looks like it scrapes over the low bar of 'better than nothing' but if it's wet enough to be worthwhile then you're getting soaked off the front wheel anyway.
