[Closed] Multi charger and 18650 battery question

With the dark nights approaching I've had a rummage in my fettling box only to discover I've lost charger for my air bike P7 lights - will one of them there multi charger jobs from maplin/similar be OK or will I awake tomorrow to a smouldering heap where my shed once was?

Bit of a worry with them lithium exploder batteries innit? Will a slight variation in ampage/voltage be sufficient to cause them to get excited.

Any help gratefully recived and to save me the bother of putting a picture up, yes my lawn does need cutting.
