I have the long, it's still not quite long enough as I do get a bit of spatter.
You can get third party extensions - do they work? Are they flimsy and rubbish, or good?

Just get a RRP max xl front. It's a far superior guard for coverage imho

Hm, the RRP max is a bit longer but is it zip-tie only or bolt on?

I use Mudhugger’s own extension on both of mine. Rock solid and £6 well spent.
