How do I fit a Mudhugger without it scraping the fork lowers in use? Lots of help tape, or just accept it's going to mark?

Yes, tape the forks where it will rub. I just used gaffer tape. Great bit of kit though.

As above. I used electrical tape round fork lowers and fork brace.

I'm confused why would it rub if fitted properly? Mine are tightly fitted and don't move at all as far as I'm aware, so no rubbing.

Tape & hairdryer for a snug fit

Zipties, hairdryer and pliers for good fit.
Still a bit shit at stopping mud to the face though. Even with the extender on.
This works so much better.

Last few rides Mrsstu has had a Mudhugger with an extension on. I've had a Rockgurdz medium on.
I've been shit free on the face/ eyes area.
Mrsstu has had to stop to clear crap out of her eyes.
Just look how much more coverage there is on the Mudguardz compared to the Mudhugger.
There's also a lot more mud clearance room between the mudguard and the tyre.

Mine have been put on with decent sized zip ties (ie. 8mm) round the fork leg and brace, rather than Velcro, and don't move at all.
