Having survived a few sketchy moments last weekend, the Trailrakers are going back on for this weekend riding in the Purbecks with an old friend. Not too much rain please ๐
I just ride the same tyres all year round, it's cheaper and less hassle and improves skills and fitness.
Rakers rule!...im running tubeless spec, awesome grip int slopp...total cornering confidence!
I just ride Panaracer Fire XC all year round no need for anything else!
Panaracer fire xc's? You must have got upto 88 MPH to have some of those on your bike! ๐
Just put my Trailrakers on an hour ago!!
Front trailraker still hasn't come off! Running a lower rr rear though.
yes i do like the fire xc's very much they have been good to me over the years.
I tried Trailrakers but found them very draggy. I now ride Dirty Dans which are much quicker and still have good grip.
If anyone near Bradford want's a set of Trailrakers (think they are 2.1 folding) I can offer them cheap.
Same here, re-fitted te Mud-X's
'rakers are fine as long as you don't ride many roots or rocks. I've just refitted swampthings for the weekends racing activities...
[lets tyres down a bit more]
Mud X's here too.. For the dirty combes on the QTox.. ๐
Yep, my Mud X's will be back on when I get the bike back next week.
where's the bike gone widge?
Bought a Specialized Stumpjumper fsr Elite frame 09, Mate. Kits being transferred over from the Goose. Gone for a medium, the Goose is a small. Felt I needed a little more cockpit room.
