Totally agree with @v7mfp it's a shelf!
Do you really have all those products? If yes, Muc Off should give you the "universal multi purpose bottle holder and storage solution" for free.
This is definitely near the top of the "1st World" problems list 🙂

What I did was fitted some regular shelves but with the supports upside down (above the shelf) so I couldn't knock things off the end.

I quite like that rack but agree its a bit spendy, a normal shelf isn't quite the same thing though.
