Has anyone used MTBRiders to order anything?
They have something i want in stock at a good price but ive never heard of them before and when i google their postcode it comes up with a residential address in Didcot Oxford on a new housing estate, so new that even Google street view hasn't visited yet so no way of viewing from street level
I ordered some PNW handlebars from them back in October. Arrived fine.
I think they are a small importer a bit like cyclorise so won't have a physical shop

Yes, as above some PNW stuff. All good! They seem to be one of the only UK PNW stockists and their prices are great.
Had some PNW spares and coffee arrive from them the other day.
Got an email this afternoon saying my order will be shipped today, along with the tracking number (Royal Mail 48hr service)
So that is great serivce so far!
I bought a multi tool from them.

Yep I had a Puget 2x lever from them came fine.
I've bought a couple of PNW things from them, arrived fine. No problems.

Stumbled across this review and thought I'd reply to say thanks so much for the kind and positive words, they really do mean a lot to me. You guys are awesome!
MTB Riders is a small importer and retailer who's been around for a while now, mostly on the periphery of the scene as I stock a small range of mostly 'boutique' brands (before they get scooped up by UK distributors).

Okaay, should be working, but now I've found something much more interesting to look at.
Didn't spot this the first time around but would have highly recommended Greg and his MTBRiders service. He has put up with many questions from me via Insta and email, and returns/exchanges have always been perfect. Great service Greg, thank you, just sorry I can't buy anything from you at the moment as I just don't need anything.
