Bought a v2 3 years ago used it on my commuter in all weathers and it's been faultless. Due to my ineptitude and fit and forget mentality the cable split. The light still worked perfectly but my commute is through a dark skies area off road so I need reliable. Anyway mark repaired it FOC and with a week turnaround. Thanks.

I'll second that. Had a few things off them over the years and always been prompt, courteous and does what it says on the tin. No need to put a thread like this up because nothing has ever gone wrong!

Had two sets of lights from Mark now and his products and the service is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble. An absolute gent!

I should say the cable only split because the way I mounted it the entire weight of the battery pack was swinging off the cable. I fitted it 3 years ago in a hurry to replace a faulty eBay special and somehow never got round to sorting it! This prompted me to clean the chain for the first time ever and now my alfines skipping! Lesson learned, for and forget.

Absolutely, I have Troute lights and Smudge's batteries.
Always reliable. Couldn't recommend more, top bloke.
