Marathon Mondial?

Depends how much off-road you're expecting but typically you're trading compliance and grip for a harder compound and a stiff belt.

But, you know, tubeless and all that....

Pretty sure I've a pair of 29er marathons I'd be willing to sell to you Ton.

No idea what they costs but it'd be a very keen price for your good self. Barely used.

Blurb on the sidewall says 28-1.75 - 700-45c they're Marathon Plus and ebike ready if that matters.

Pretty sure a shop would get away with selling these as new and unused as a guide on condition

Schwalbe Smart Sam Plus has the same puncture protection layer as the Marathon, and a bit of tread.

Specialised infinity armadillo. Comes in 700 x 38 as the most popular size but they do larger widths as well

landcruiser plus, mine are 650b, level 5 protection, good tread for a bit of off road, roll well on tarmac, quite cheap, not had a punture since using them over one year
