Just a quick one on Tyre choices?
Bike: Nomad
Tyre Front: Single Ply Maxxis Minion DHF 2.35" 42a SuperTacky
Tyre Rear: Single Ply Maxxis Minion DHF 2.35" 60a Maxxpro
Is there a better choice about?
Noticed all the demo bikes in Afan had Schwalbe on and they are a fair bit lighter too!
I have used Nobby Nics plenty and really like them, question is, is there a prefered set up out there? Seen mixtures of Nobby Nics up front and Fat Alberts out back etc.
Anyone have any recommendations?
I looking for light as poss but not something too weak 🙂

Most people run Racing Ralph rear, Nobby Nic front.
For more grip Fat Albert on the front and Nobby Nic on the rear.
I found the FA to work great on the front, noticable increase in traction, but trade off being lot harder work pedalling uphill.
Mine is a "performance" version that I got cheap to try it out, so the EVO models may be free'er rolling.
