I'll be in Audenshaw for christmas and i'm looking to get few miles in. Does anyone know of any good routes starting and finishing at dovestones reservoir, or any in the general area, that would take 3 hours or so?

There are some OK routes round there - nothing too exciting. Hobsons Moore, mossley etc. If you can get over to the Peak district there is obviously loads more.
