OK i'm thinking about getting either THIS OrTHIS just wondered what your experiences have been or if there are any better packs out there.

Just for general use.

I have the mule. And its super comfortable you don't notice it. Has plenty of capacity even if you fill the bladder right up.

The lower waist straps are a little untidy but other than that I cant fault it.

Used both pretty extensively and I'd say the Raptor is the better pack and has more features. The Osprey Bladder is excellent and the stiff back is a real benefit over the camelbak.

Both very good though.

I've got a Mule and I'm thinking of getting a Raptor- the Mule's good but the way you can't fit much in it when you start out and then have loads of room when you've finished is annoying.
