Looking for lodgings for one or two nights for a group of mtb guys with bikes (approx10) around glenriding Ambleside area, handy for Helvellyn.
Any suggestions?

I take a group of 20 guys up every year. Can't beat Ambleside youth hostel for value. £25 a night including breakfast. Secure bike shed. Views to die for. Bar and restaurant. Free wifi.

Ambleside youth hostel +1. Possibly the poshest youth hostel ever. Cracking view and a pub!

This ones handy for Helvellyn (its right under it).
Stayed there, its OK.
