The funny little strap (red bit across top of foot in pic) broke on one of the my Shimano MT91 boots - I think a year and bit of Lakeland biking has rotted the material. I tried Madion and they don't offer it as a spare or replacement part...

Mines did that last week too!. I just thread the lace through the wee buckle that the strap uses instead.

I was just about to post about this, mine did this on Saturday morning as I put my boots.
Checking my e-mails I bought my MT91s in January 2011, just over three years ago, so not bad going I guess!
Shoe repair shop/a cobbler should be able to sort it out with a bit of webbing.
