Just bought a netbook (XP) and am trying to enter the product key - but it keeps saying ive entered it incorrectly. I've checked it over and over, and its I've entered it correctly. Any clues before I resign myself to being a complete Joey?
Putting 0 instead of O or vice versa?
I instead of 1 or similar?
Check your NumLock is off, although it shouldn't be that as you can see the charachters as you type...
cheers guys, there's no 0's or O's to confuse etc, and the num-locks not the issue....
