[#5841019]

Trying to buy a brake adaptor to use some 160mm discs with some forks with an old style IS brake mount. Do I need to buy two 'rear' mounts? (Like these http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/mobile/clarks-alu-anodised-mount-adaptor-rear-is/rp-prod69496 )

I'm deeply confused

Nah - you need something like that

What do you need 2 for?
Do you have one of those cool Marzocchi double disc forks?

you may well need a different one at the back.
