Just enquiring for a friend who is presently on holiday there.
Does anyone have any information about it, where is good to hire bikes and ride?

More likely the one in Portugal.
That had me going to. I've been to Lagos and whilst there's a range of options for the physically active, I wouldn't count mountain biking amongst them!
