So; wife wants to go to Amalfi Coast next year and while I'm as happy as the next man to sit on a sun lounger and drink Aperol Spritz, I also would like to do a bit of local riding, a casual glance at Google seems to show that there's MTB to be had, and couple of Parks and Reserves nearby, Has any-one been there and ridden? Any suggestions?

I hiked from Furore to the biggest peak on the ridge (Molare I think) and drscended to Bomerano to pick up the Sentiero degli Dei.

Would recommend as a hike, and I definitely recall walking down a DH trail of sorts into Bomerano, and parts (or all) of the S.d.D. might make excellent riding, not sure about the massive flights of steps back to the sea right enough...

I lived there for 7 years, I hadn’t started riding back then so can’t say for sure on actual trails but pretty much anything steep is just steps, you can put your bike on the SITA bus to get you up a hill but you’ll almost certainly be descending tarmac or just a tonne of steps. If you really want to do it the steps from Pogerola back to Amalfi are rideable from my memory of them but probably not much fun

I do miss walking down the 2200 steps from my front door straight to the beach!
