Just bought a new bike and need to get it insured asap. The value of the bike is £5800, my house insurer only covers up to £2500. Who do you guy's insure your pride and joy's with?

I insure mine with Pedalcover, but that's a complete contents insurance policy.
In your situation I'd either ask your current home insurer to insure it as a specified object or investigate Laka insurance, which is a sort of co-op/community bike insurer that charges their customers only if claims have been made. Some months they don't charge anything.
