Anyone else watching the second series?
(on youtube pretty much immediately after airing on the telly channels)
It seems to have lost a bit of spark with the new production team compared to the first series?
Don't think Cunny's got the same chemistry with Anna that the Dodster did, but still, it's MTB on the telly, so I'll watch it anyway.
Except there doesn't seem to be much actual riding? More cooking and sitting round a fire talking rubbish. Come to think of it, perhaps that's actual an accurate portrayal of most MTB adventures.... 😉
I hadn't heard of of it till it popped up on fb recently. A bit too much fannying around but I binge watched the whole first series afterwards so it can't have been too bad.
Where are they adventuring to in the second series?
I was thinking similar last night. It's like they are trying to manufacture a relationship between them using the cooking montages and music etc.
Definitely not as good as the first series. A lot less riding and Guy Kesteven looked like a nutter in his bit in the Comrie Croft episode.
