I'm trying to rationalise my riding tools/spares kit, and my current spare tube is taking up more space than I'd like, anyone got any recommendations for a niced compact ~2" tube...

Do lightweight latex jobbies take up less space?

12 3/8" is about the smallest I have to hand, thats sure to be smaller than a 26" (or even 29")?
Might be a stretch when you actually get a puncture tho!

Sorry should have been clearer, I run tubeless (and touch wood have had very little trouble with it), I only carry a tube as a last-ditch (if the sealant fails) get me home measure.

Tyre patches are a good option (I have some as well but don't tend to take them out on rides), but a tube for emergencies makes sense to me...

I've had a couple of ritchey superlight and intense superlight ones that pack down well small. Be warned though, they are very sensitive to tyre levers (which will be an issue if you have proper tubeless tyres) and the valves come out of the tube really easily: tube is a wrtite-off after that. I actually have the light ones in the tyres already, and always carry a chunkier heavier spare one in my pack as changing a tube in a hurry is always the time i mess it up in the middle of nowhere...
