1) ordered a new cassette and it came with a different lock ring as was pictured. Checked it with them and apparently the one i got was the right one - but as it wasn't what I expected they've sent out that one anyway! Good for them, and top marks for quick delivery.
2) Ordered a new chainring and HTII tool - less than £20 delivered. Arrived next day.
Top marks for cost AND delivery.
