I posted the other day about my comedy attempt to change the oil in my 2010 140mm Revs, putting lower leg oil amounts in upper and vice versa. Today I had time to sort this out, but when I put all back together the forks are now longer and presumably the overlap less! What gaffe have I committed now? Definitely haven't altered spacers and replaced things as they were I hope.

too much -ve pressure?

Nope set _+ve first and they extended then regardless of the -ve pressure I put in. Let the air out of both chambers and reversed the process -- no different
