Hi,
Just ordered one of these:

What do I need to helmet mount it?
Cheers,
Mick
I bought the circa £5 Moon gopro mounting bracket. You then need the stick on gopro bracket to stick to the helmet that the moon one bolts to. Works really well with the vortex / vortex pro I have for night riding.
If moon do a Velcro strapped helmet mount for it, be aware the Velcro is on upside down so you get a very rough head where the exposed Velcro rubs your head.
Otherwise it is a good mount.
Looks like I need one of these:

but I can't see any for sale in the UK?
I’ve tried Velcro mounts and don’t like them so this is what I’m using:
I then attach it to this sort of thing (although I have the genuine gopro one):

This is my solution:

Lump of Sugru moulded to helmet and underside of light, and a velcro strap wrapped around it. The velcro goes under the padding in the helmet, and doesn't have the scratchy stuff there, so no issues.
The Moon mount linked above came with my light, but the angle adjustment is graduated and the gaps between graduations are too big, making it hard to get the right angle. Also, having the light mounted closer to the helmet makes it noticeably more comfortable to wear as it pushes the helmet around less.
I use the gopro mount with mine it works really well. The original mount is still in the box your more than welcome to it
