I'd be torn between a custom Nicolai Ion, or a Liteville 601 and an S-Works Enduro custom build.

New Turner rfx with pike up front, both shocks tuned by avalanche. By then, the rest of the kit almost doesn't matter.

a custom ton proof tourer.

A carbon Transition Scout if such a thing existed, but seeing as it doesn't, one of these would do. It is likely to change on a regular basis.

Tough one, it's out of a Shand Stoater, Niner RLT or SC Stigmata. It's not an easy choice.

I'd purchase the best frame building/fork/component manufacturing facilities in the world and employ only the very best skilled workforce. (paying them handsomely).
I'd also buy shimano and sort their shit out while I was at it.
any subsequent profit would be spent to fund the shimano test facility where I'd be appointed head tester.

I'd get Gary Klein to make me a custom fit version of the Klein Adroit that looked just like the 90s version but had modern tech and geometry, and had suspension forks but somehow looked exactly like the original fork.
