Had my Factor R just over a year with no problems other than bolts holding bearings in coming loose all the time. Thread lock solved this though.

Owned a few and no cracks - just loose bolts as ric says, and a fair bit of creaking.

Why do you ask?

Have heard of a few with wonky back ends that kept coming loose, but you get that with a percentage of all manufactureres products, think they're pretty good in general.

Despite me having two cracked Foxy frames I have to say they are lovely bikes to ride

Bolts coming loose seems to be a recurring thing with Mondrakers

That's putting it mildly, although I think they actually might have invested in a tub of threadlock now.

novaswift - Good to hear they're sorting you out. There was another Foxy owner on here got a warranty replacement after cracking frame actually.

Yeah, I should have added that it was easily resolved with threadlock - but still a sloppy thing. I've experienced first hand the damage a lost bolt can do to a frame, no fun at all.

I've had a look at the 2013 foxy frames and they do seem to be designed a bit sturdier where the rear shock is housed. My first foxy was 2010 and then 2012 which both cracked. Three mates Mondrakers have cracked also so hopefully the problems have been ironed out. As I said previously they are brilliant bikes

My mates foxy cracked around the shock mount, and it went through bearings at an alarming rate. The bearings seemed very small!

My 2011 Foxy RR has cracked on the drive side in 3 places around the shock area. I've always had issues withe the pivot bolt on that side behind the chainrings working loose. I'm guessing that's is the root cause.

I'm hoping its not bad timing to get a replacement on warranty with 2014 stuff coming out & it all being 650B.
