Foxy XR

or

Foxy R

£400 of a difference for different brakes and fork. Worth it for mostly trail riding? Never tried Sram brakes or a Fox 34.

Help oh wonderful and wise singletrackers!

It's best thought of as a difference in character than components - the XR's 160mm fork slackens the bike by a degree, making it more of a downhill smasher with the Foxy's 140mm of rear travel is good enough to keep up with the bigger fork without feeling weird. In modern journalistic parlance, the Foxy R is a trail bike, the Dune is an enduro bike and the Foxy XR blurs the lines between the two.

Ah cheers, I'm trying to move towards more of a trail bike as that's mostly what I do. Question answered!
