Have fun. Sadly I have to attend my own kids' birthday parties that night.

I wasn't paying much attention when you were plotting this last week. My abiding memory of the pub involved Billie Piper and cheap crisps.

I'd hope to be able to make it along to the #jennride. I'll keep my eye peeled for further info and hope to bring a few folk along too..

Guess I should go and check out the route then. It was too short and too technical last time. I'm thinking of a nice easy tour of the reservoir drains, expect lots of narrow, fast (for us anyway), front wheel catching singletrack, 5ft high bracken (if it's not dead yet), and a tiny bit of hike-a-bike.

Who's playing out then? Or more to the point, who hasn't got a shot excuse which isn't at all related to the weather? Forecast is for the rain to clear then ok after that. The moors up there drain pretty well so I reckon it should be ok. Obviously there'll be a little bit of gloop though.

Good stuff. And here I was thinking I might get an early night ๐Ÿ˜‰

Stopped raining now anyway, and looks like it won't again before midnight so here's hoping.

Excellent, numbers looking slightly healthier now. I make that at least 6 of us + any lurkers/waverers.

Bloody warm out there. Almost feels like summer again ๐Ÿ™‚

Yeah sorry about that. That climb was a bit too much so has been crossed off the list. Very good turnout though considering the unfavourable weather forecast.

Cheers Daz, can't believe I'd never ridden that bit of singletrack!

Chipps got a bad case of bog bell:
