More than likely a warranty job so will pop it into the LBS tomorrow but wondered if anyone else has had the following:
Running normal pressure as usual and even bled and re-pressurised to check but
With climb setting on - nice and smooth bobs along perfectly
With Trail setting on - nice and smooth bobs along ok
With Open/downhill setting on - big knock at top of stroke and once through to middle of stroke ok, but properly annoying.
Ive had a standard RC3 do something slightly similar last year and SRAM simply replaced it so not really worried but would be interested whether a common issue or not.
Mine did similar. A knock at about 10mm into the shafts travel. SRAM changed it under warranty within a couple of days.

Just to confirm, mine (which is still in rude health, though of course I've just cursed it) doesn't do this, so sounds very much like a warranty job.
