So, my monarch has stopped spewing its guts all down the shaft which I believe is the signal to service the air can. Advice on this varies regarding using fork oil, float fluid or grease.
Anyone actually know what's best and why?

I just followed them be vid online and used sram pm600 grease and a drop of float fluid had, done it a few times and all is fine
