Couple of route options depending on whether Steve and Gaz turn up, as there is no point in heading straight back in the direction that they have just come from.

Just spotted the typo in the title. It is November, not June.

Gonna sit this one out as I've still got this cold.

Still cough so hard I throw up when I'm out of breath. I get out of breath waking the dog however.

Still on the upside I'm working my abs n core!

Just me and Rich.

28 fast km for me, but I did included the ride to and from home. Trails were good, weather was dry, pub passes the test (it was open).

https://www.strava.com/activities/1961354847

Bumped into a bloke that I know on the way home and was suprised to see that he was absolutely coked off his face.
