Think I must have yanked the cable and after a few on/off loose connection moments the light is now dead. It's definitely a connection inside the lamp head.

I've tried opening up the casing but can't see how to get access to the main workings. The rubber switch cover comes off easily enough but only reveals a PCB. I've also had the lens out but that only gives access to the LEDs.

I don't want to dig around any more because I think I'll probably do more damage. So... has anyone had one of these apart and know the secret?

Alternatively, anyone had any dealings with Magicshine UK? Are they likely to be worth trying for a repair?

Any other suggestions? Ta for any help you can give

Aha! So the back section should screw off. I'll give it a go. Thanks Martyn
