ok, so how much travel should i expect from my 2 month old fox 32 rlc 140's ? im running around 30% sag but still only managing 120mm max travel. i rang mojo who said to "let some air out" but i dont really want to run more than 30% sag.

awww, Bri - c'mon

did you ever get full travel ?
maybe just stiff seals/bushings need wearing in ?
suppose it could be that things are TOO tight, may depend how much riding you've done in last 2months
how heavy are you and what pressure are you on ?

(I can't actually help 🙁 - just trying to cheer you up & waiting for one of the grown-ups to come along)

(Ed; RLC - don't suppose the comp is on max ?)

Try 5psi less, and see how they are. You'll not bottom them out very often due to the air spring 'ramp up', only manage to bottom my fox forks on really heavy/(OMG) front end landing.
Although 120mm max does suggest a bit too much air pressure.
