[Closed] Misshaped tyre

I have put my winter tyres on - Medusa tubeless and where I have stored them over the summer one of them has deformed and now runs with a big wobble in it.

It sits true on the rim but the actual tyre and tread all go off centre in one part of the tyre, I have tried part inflating it and tying it down with zip ties to straighten it, and also tried warming it with a heat gun so it's more supple then zip tying it to straighten it up. Both attemps have down nowt.

Other than buying a new tyre any suggestions?
and if it is a new tyre anything thats a bit less draggy than a Medusa?
