I see the inquest into the death of Mile Hall in Australia is following the familiar pattern of blame the cyclist. Despite having a rear light and reflective strips his 'dark clothing ' made him impossible to see. Apparently the court were shown a video of him and another rider in the dark on another event being clearly visible. The inquest carried on but I think we can see the way it's going
