Not even sure if I would even notice if I didn't do this but is it just a case of copying the files (.fit IIRC?) from my old Garmin to a new one in the same folders if I wanted to transfer my ride history over?
Thanks in advance as usual etc etc ๐

Not sure why you'd want to
My 500 runs like a slug when it gets full, like with a years worth of data on it, so I often delete the lot
I have it uploaded to garmin connect, strava and even back up my ride history to Dropbox too regularly
And no, I don't know why I bother either............

Why don't you just try it and see? If they load great, if not, then just delete them again?
